Our Basic Terms

  • This Service Contract is provided by hiflow.
  • All calls are handled by hiflow – you will only deal with hiflow staff and engineers.
  • Your payment will be collected by hiflow. Monthly – 2 up front + 10. Annually – 1 payment.
  • Heatguard is simply the name of the service contracts provided by hiflow.
  • No Nonsense Cover – No False Promises.
  • We Will Provide Access to hiflow phone assistance – 24 hours per day.
  • We will assist you to reset boiler – and or top up pressure etc – and will give you genuine realistic help.
  • We aim to attend Same Working Day – if reported by 12 Noon. Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm.
  • Emergency “make safe” service for uncontrollable water leaks from heating system and provision of Temp.
  • Heaters within 12 hours is included in price – at no extra cost.
  • No Heating is a Priority – next working day Service.
  • A Heating Emergency is – Complete heating failure – During Heating Season November to March – where boiler
    cannot be reset and no other form of heats exists
  • All works are generally carried out during normal working hours – Mon to Fri – 8am to 6pm
  • £24 excess applies to Call Outs which are specifically requested at evening & weekends. No other excess applies.
  • £1,000 limit on total repair cost per year. (Parts & Labour – inc vat).
  • Flue not covered. Sludge, debris & blockages not covered.
