Customers are the lifeblood of our business and customer service is the single most important aspect of our business.

To this end ALL our staff receive a minimum of 2 hours training per week on customer service. We will not always get it right, however part of our strategy is to accept & learn from our mistakes. We do not to have a blame culture.
